White House on Chinese military 'intercepts', war in Ukraine and DC sonic boom

The White House warns that Chinese military "aggressiveness" responsible for near collisions with US forces at sea and in the air may soon lead to casualties. "It won't be long before somebody gets hurt," National Security Council spokesman John Kirby tells reporters. "That's the concern with these unsafe and unprofessional intercepts." Kirby also addresses the war in Ukraine, saying attacks inside Russia are "not good for anybody," and explains how F-16s triggered a sonic boom across Washington after being dispatched to intercept an unresponsive Cessna 560 Citation V aircraft.
