US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen says that during meetings with Chinese officials, she emphasized that Washington's trade curbs would be "highly targeted and clearly directed" at a few sectors where there are national security concerns. She also said that she wanted to 'allay their fears' that the US would do something that would have broad-based impacts on the Chinese economy.
