Two Tatmadaw killed in Tamu

An official from student battery (3) under battalion (1) of the Tamu Defence Force said two junta troops were killed and some ammunition confiscated in an attack on the Chaung Nak Gyi police station in Tamu township, Sagaing region on November 29.

At Chaung Nak Gyi police station, some 10 junta troops set up a camp every day from 7 am to 5 pm, interrogating tourists and traders and extorting money from them, according to the student group.

On November 22, the police station near the Immigration Office in Tamu township was set on fire by the Student Battery 3 (BSO) of the Tamu Defense Force's Battalion (1).
