The National Unity Government (NUG)

· Ministry of Education-NUG strongly condemned human rights violations, unlawful killings and ruthless oppression of the junta army. They added that they would be committed to bringing justice in various ways after recording all the cases in detail.

· Ministry of Education-NUG denounced the junta army having fired mortars into Butarsu Area in Joetaung Ywama Village of Wuntho Township in Sagaing Region, injuring children and damaging a school building.

· On Sunday, there was a meeting between the NUG Central Committee on the Interim Public Administration and Township People’s Administration Teams from Taninthayi Region, Ayeyarwady Region and Bago Region.

· In Yesagyo Township of Magwe Region, a junta vessel opened fire on Chinyar Village in Yelegyun Area. According to local sources, a judge from a local security force lost his life.

· In Nyaunglebin Township of Bago Region, there was heavy fighting between local PDFs and the junta army in Bazunmyaung Village. Reportedly, there were casualties among junta soldiers.

Revolution Activities

· In Nyaunglebin Township of Bago Region, the junta army has been using the police force, fire brigade and Pyusawti militia as human shields in their invasion.

· In the east of Myaing Township in Magwe Region, about 80 junta soldiers raided Taung Village on 30 September. Reportedly, they arrested no less than 10 civilians.

· In Sagaing Region, there was a bomb attack via drone on Sartaung Police Station on Shwebo-Mandalay Road. In response, the junta army opened gunfire, leaving 4 locals injured.

· In Katha, local administration team and local defence force found a truck carrying junta army products in their inspection. Reportedly, they confiscated these products.

· In Shwebo Township, there were attacks on the junta camps in Myinchin Village. Reportedly, there were casualties among junta soldiers.

· In Dibeyin Township, there was an attack on the junta army invading the area. After a great loss, the junta soldiers killed a civilian and arrested two others.

· On Monday, a combined rally of local villages from Salingyi and Yinmabin marched against the military dictatorship.

· Small arms fire was used to attack junta vessels on the Chindwin River traveling towards Monywa. Reportedly, 5 junta soldiers died.

· In some places of Yangon Region, youth led anti-junta protests on Monday morning.

· In South Okkalapa Township of Yangon Region, there was a bomb explosion near the local electricity department on Sunday night.

· In Oatpho Township of Bago Region, a hundred-household leader was shot dead on his way to military training.

Ethnic Armed Organizations (EAOs)

· The military junta announced that 20 men and 8 women from the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army defected to the junta army in Laukkai. The MNDAA responded that it was false news.

· In Moemauk Township of Kachin State, there was heavy fighting between the junta army and Kachin Independence Army near Aunggya Village on Myitkyina-Bamaw Road on Monday morning.

· A junta soldier who had defected to Chin National Defence Force claimed that he had done so as he hated the military dictatorship.

· In Moemauk Township of Kachin State, a combined force of the KIA and Arakan Army conducted a guerrilla attack on the junta soldiers stationed on Mount Shantone on their way down to get rations. Reportedly, 2 junta soldiers died and 5 others including 2 captains were caught alive.

The Military Council

· On Sunday, the military junta announced that they had started collecting the sample census in 20 townships throughout the country.

· According to the junta Fishery Department, the fishery products will be exported to China via the GACC method.

· The second junta leader Soe Win stated that over 200 people had been arrested for online fraud and gambling in the border areas of Myanmar.

· On Sunday, the junta Ministry of Immigration and Population announced that the estimate for the population of the country was 56.2 million.

· Due to the pressure of China, the military junta has superficially arrested online swindlers based in Myanmar. They have made these arrests for show.
