The National Unity Government (NUG)

· According to Ministry of Defence-NUG, the junta army Ka-Ma-Ya (102) fired a Howitzer on Kandy Wunthaya Monastery in Joetaung Village of Wuntho Township in Sagaing Region. Reportedly, 3 mortars fell and exploded.

· In Hlaing Township of Yangon Region, the staff of municipal department under the military junta have been increasing the taxes and collecting detailed information about tenants and landlords to harm the public.

· In the southern region, Special Operation Force (SOF) have increased their rural and urban operations via various strategies on the junta’s military targets.

· On the trip of the Union Minister of Education and Health-NUG in Australia, Myanmar medical professionals contributed to the funding of the revolution.

· According to the spokesperson of Ministry of Defence-NUG, 52 soldiers from the junta army joined the public from 1 August to 21 September.

· The spokesperson and deputy permanent secretary of Ministry of Defence-NUG stated that revolution forces have won militarily in anti-junta battles throughout the country and that raising the momentum of the offensive war would make the military junta collapse.

Revolution Activities

· In KyarIn Seikgyi Township of Kayin State, the junta armed forces still have been in Kale Dagundine Area. Consequently, over 15,000 junta soldiers have not been able to return home even after two weeks.

· In Hpa-Ang Township, the junta army under the pretense of a funeral service group have been carrying out military activities. Thus, the revolution forces will conduct inspections in the area.

· As a 919-day protest, a combined rally of villages from Yinmabin Township of Sagaing Region marched against the military dictatorship on Thursday.

· In the southern part of Kalay Township, there was heavy fighting between the junta army and an alliance of PDFs. Reportedly, the junta army fired shells into local villages, killing 4 people including 3 siblings.

· At about 6:00 am Thursday, the junta army in Monywa shot heavy artillery into near-by villages. Reportedly, the local people had to run away.

· In Minhla Township of Bago Region, there has been intense military tension between PDFs and the junta army in the Mountain Range. Consequently, the people from 5 local villages have had to run away.

· On Wednesday night, there was a powerful explosion near Meiktila Prison.

· In Tanintharyi Township of Tanintharyi Region, an alliance of PDFs attacked the inspection gate of the junta army Ka-Ma-Ya (561). Reportedly, 2 junta captains died and another one was seriously injured.

· In Kyaikmayaw Township of Mon State, a mortar fell and exploded in Kanarlo Village at 9:30 pm Wednesday. Reportedly, 6 local people including a little girl aged 6 and a child aged 13 were injured.

· In Hpakant of Kachin State, there was a rally against the military dictatorship on Thursday morning. They also expressed their support for the KIA, PDF and NUG.

· Union Liberation Front has been carrying out a campaign for 10000 bullets. They also called for the public’s contribution.

· In Tokyo of Japan, there was 78th UN Credentials Campaign in front of United Nations University for Myanmar Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun to remain as the Permanent Representative to the UN.

· To raise funds for war refugees in Myanmar, a British citizen named Josh got started with his 1000-mile bike journey on 23 September. Reportedly, he finished half of the journey on 28 September.

Ethnic Armed Organizations (EAOs)

· In Kanpetlet of Chin State, local CDF attacked the General Administration Department and the Education Officer where the junta armed forces have been stationed. Reportedly, 3 junta soldiers died.

· In Hpapun District under Karen National Union, there were local battles and there were also casualties among junta soldiers.

· In Mindat of Chin State, local CDF attacked the junta gate at the entrance to the town. Reportedly, a junta policeman died.

The Military Council

· In Russia, the ASEAN Military Exercise jointly organized by the Defence Ministries of Russia and Myanmar got started on 25 September. Reportedly, Singapore did not join it.

· In Tada-Oo Township of Mandalay Region, the military junta announced that two men are not to ride on the same motorbike.

· The junta Lottery Department announced on Thursday that despite the increased sales worth over 800 million MMK in September, the highest prize would continue to be just 5000 lakh MMK.

· According to the junta Ministry of Education, there will be 40-literacy movements in some areas of the states and regions in December.

· The junta leader Min Aung Hlaing claimed that there were over 600,000 tourists this year and it was an increase of nearly six times compared to that of the previous year.

· Within the previous month, over 2,000 tons of medicine were imported via sea. According to the junta Ministry of Economics and Commerce, it was more than that of the earlier months.

· To uproot the junta army, the revolution forces have been raising their momentum in respective areas. On the other hand, a large number of the junta armed forces have been invading some areas. Reportedly, the revolution forces have been in need of weapons. Therefore, the public need to contribute as much as they can.

· After fighting for power among themselves, Min Aung Hlaing came back in public view. Despite the poverty in reality, he repeated that the country had been developing.
