Summary on 27th October

  • In the tenure of Min Aung Hlaing, the country has been facing degradation in all sectors. The international community, including neighbouring countries, do not want to join hands with the military junta conducting violent activities. Consequently, the country has become isolated due to power-crazy junta leaders. No matter what, he has been just planning for a long-lasting position and exploitation of natural resources for their benefit. He seems to be thinking of wasting financial sources by the tricks of electric vehicles, underground trains and state-owned factories.
  • In Sagaing Region, the armed revolution reached up to the urban area. As for other states and regions, they had public protests as well as activities of armed revolution in their way.
  • In Ayeyarwaddy Region- a new area for guerrilla revolution, there were attacks at the junta armed forces and clearance activities of junta-pillars in recent days.
