The National Unity Government (NUG)

· According to Southern Region PDF, 16 junta soldiers died and over 20 others were injured in Beechaunggone Battle in Minhla Township of Bago Region.

· On Monday, Minister of Human Rights-NUG met with the office staff of EU Parliament, Vice President Mrs. Heidi Hautala and the MPs including Mr. Vincze Lora’nt. They discussed Myanmar’s Spring Revolution.

· Minister of Foreign Affairs-NUG met with Permanent Representatives of the United Nations from the UK and Canada for legal action against the import of arms and aviation oil to Myanmar’s junta army.

Revolution Activities

· In Kani Township of Sagaing Region, Star Social Group donated rice for over 200 households of the displaced people.

· Golden Eagle Force – Monywa conducted an attack via two bombs at the junta’s gate in town.

· As a 918-day protest, a combined rally of local villages from Yinmabin Township marched against the military dictatorship.

· In Dibeyin and Ye-U Townships, the junta armed forces have been invading the areas. Consequently, the people from no less than 10 villages had to run away during the night.

· There were attacks on the junta’s gate on the way out of Ye-U and Shwekyimin Gate. According to YE U People’s Defence Force, 5 junta soldiers died.

· In Kani Township, militants opened fire on 2 military vessels. Reportedly, 2 junta soldiers died.

· In Monywa Township, the revolution forces conducted a guerrilla attack on the junta’s fleet of vessels streaming down Chindwin River. Reportedly, 3 junta soldiers might have died.

· In Kutkhine Township of Northern Shan State, a man lost a leg as he stepped on a landmine near the junta army regiment (123) in Namphatkar Area.

· In Tokyo of Japan, the Federal Festival would be held under the theme - ‘From the Spring Revolution to the Federal Victory’ from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm on 30 September and 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on 1 October.

· According to Burmese Political Prisoners’ Network, the political prisoners in Myanmar have been faced with difficulties in their daily basic needs as the military junta has limited the amount of parcel delivery to them.

· Ko San Min Paing, who had lost both parents in the revolution, said that he would post a song ‘The Day of disappearing sun before the sun sets’ online on the anniversary of the day on which they had been unlawfully killed.

Ethnic Armed Organizations (EAOs)

· In Mindat Township of Chin State, the junta soldiers have been taking public transport to strengthen their Regiment (274) based in the area.

· In the western part of Moegok in Mandalay Region, there was a battle between the junta army and Ta’ang National Liberation Army on Tuesday morning.

· In Yatsauk Township of Southern Shan State, Danu People’s Liberation Front (DPLF) attacked the junta army Regimet (55) and Regiment (66). Reportedly, no less than 3 junta soldiers died and many others were injured.

The Military Council

· On Monday, the military junta announced that they had dismissed Lt-Gen Moe Myint Tun and Lt-Gen Soe Htut under corruption charges and that they had set up a new council.

· To have a grand ceremony on the 8th anniversary of the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement, there have been meetings between some EAOs and the military junta in Naypyidaw.

· At the entrance to Mindat of Chin State, there was an explosion due to mines set by the junta army. Reportedly, an old man lost his life and an old woman got injured on their way to the farm.

· According to the junta Union Election Commission, Union Peace and Unity Party applied for registration to be a political party.

· On Monday, the military junta reformed their Council with changes of some members. Reportedly, Min Aung Hlaing is the Chair and So Win is the Vice-Chair.

Summary on 27 September

· After arguments for self-interest, the military junta re-established their Council. No matter what, nothing will work under the rule of stupid leaders full of jealousy.

· In Sagaing Region, a large number of the junta armed forces have been attacking the revolution forces. When they have faced a great loss, they have killed the civilians as hostages.
