The National Unity Government (NUG)

· In Gantgaw District, local people’s administration and defence forces shared the rations contributed by local people with their regiments and units based in the township.

· On Monday, there was a meeting between the Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration- NUG and Township People’s Administrations from Bago Region, Tanintharyi Region, Ayeyarwady Region and Yangon Region.

· According to Khin-U Township People’s Administration, they managed to set up (127) village people’s administration teams and (130) village people’s defence teams in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the NUG Central Committee on Interim Public Administration.

· On Monday, there was a meeting between the NUG Central Committee on Interim Public Administration and Township People’s Administrations from Sagaing Region.

· In Kyaikmayaw Township of Mon State, 23 soldiers from a troop of 50 soldiers invading Chaung Hnakwa gave up their arms to the People’s Defence Forces (PDFs).

· For healthcare services, people can contribute via the NUG Pay and Spring Development Bank Account of the Ministry of Health- NUG.

· The Karenni State Interim Administration Council called for assistance for displaced people in Karenni State where there has been fighting against the junta army.

Revolutionary Activities

· In Kyungsu Township of Tanintharyi Region, local people from 4 villages ran to town due to intense fighting in the area.

· In Mobye and Loikaw of Karenni State, 20 civilians lost their lives due to heavy weapon fire, air strikes and shootings by the junta army from 11 to 13 November.

· On Monday morning, PDFs in Mandalay Region informed the public that the Shwe Pyi Soe Operation to seize Mandalay had started.

· In Yinmabin Township of Sagaing Region, there was an attack on the junta police force. There were exchanges of fire, causing casualties.

· In Khin-U Township, some junta soldiers left their camps for the town of Ye-U.

· In Mayangone Township, Hlaing Township and Tamway Township of Yangon Region, there were bomb explosions on Monday.

Ethnic Armed Organisations (EAOs)

· A combination of Karenni Forces shot at a warplane of the junta army on the way to drop bombs on Loikaw in Karenni State on Tuesday. Reportedly, it was hit and reversed its course, emitting smoke.

· In the Kawthoolei Administration Area under the Karen National Union, two-week capacity building training was provided to KNU township and district leaders for the betterment of administration and management.

· According to Karenni Nationalities Defence Force, a police officer from Loikaw Myoma Police Station defected to the public along with his weapons.

· In Yathaytaung, Maungtaw and Minbya of Rakhine State, the Arakan Army (AA) has been attacking the junta outposts since 13 November.

· In Chin State, Chin revolutionary forces took control of the town of Reedhorda. At the Myanmar-India border gate, the Chin National Flag was raised on Tuesday morning.

· In Yathaytaung Township, the AA gained complete control of the junta’s Chaingkharli Camp on Tuesday morning.

· The Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA) was able to take control of the junta army inventory unit (128) and the area around Parcinkyaw Village near Laukkaing in Northern Shan State.

· In Naungcho Township in Shan North, there has been heavy fighting near Goattike, according to the Ta’ang National Liberation Army.

The Military Council

· In Falam Township on the Myanmar-India border, junta soldiers fled to Mizoram on the side of India from the battle in Reedhorda. According to a video by the Chin Journal, those soldiers were taken by the Indian Army in helicopter.

· For the stability on Myanmar-China border, there was a meeting between the junta Minister of Foreign Affairs and China’s Ambassador to Myanmar in Naypyi Taw.

· The junta information team announced that the fuel oil could be bought as much as desired at every fuel oil shop in Yangon.

· In Meiktila of Mandalay Region, there was a rally in support of the junta soldiers on the frontline and against the rebels.

· In Mandalay, some 2,000 pro-military people including some nationalist monks marched in support of the junta army.

Summary on 15 November

· In Rakhine State, the military junta had to let go of their camps. In Chin State, the junta soldiers even had to flee to another country in the battle to seize a town. In other words, the junta armed forces have been disorganised.

· Despite the junta’s propaganda that fuel oil can be bought normally, the public responded that they cannot buy it as much as they need.
