The National Unity Government (NUG)

· The Interim Central Bank- NUG announced that it had made arrangements for the public in the areas with the interim administration not to lose their savings at private banks.

· On Sunday, there was a meeting between the NUG Central Committee on the Interim Public Administration and the Township People’s Administration from Tanintharyi Region, Ayeyarwady Region and Bago Region.

· For convenient transportation for the public in Khin-U Township, the NUG constructed and opened an RC bridge (40x15ft) on Sunday.

Revolutionary Activities

· In Shwebo Township of Sagaing Region, a local PDF marched at 1:00 pm on 11 November in commemoration of the 1111 Movement.

· In Salingyi Township, local PDFs attacked Kyar Tat Police Camp. Reportedly, 7 junta policemen including their chief died and some weapons were confiscated.

· In Salingyi, there was a rally in support of the Northern Alliance and Operation 1027.

· On Monday, a combined rally of Salingyi and Yinmabin marched on Pathein-Monywa Road, holding signs- ‘Leave the junta army and join the public’.

· In Loikaw of Karenni State, a father and a son, trapped in the town, lost their lives as they were hit with the mortars fired in battle.

· In Magwe Region, a junta army officer, who had defected to Gantgaw District Tilin PDF, was given a financial reward of 50 lakh MMK.

· In Paungty Township of Bago Region, there was a mine attack on the junta soldiers and Pyu Sawt Htee members on their patrol.

· There was a march near the APEC Conference, calling for a stop to the cooperation with the military junta and the end of aviation fuel sales.

Ethnic Armed Organisations (EAOs)

· The Karenni Nationalities Defence Force (KNDF) released a video in which a junta soldier said that the KNDF keeps all the prisoners of war in accordance with international law.

· In Karenni State, revolutionary forces announced that there would be a financial reward of 300 lakh MMK for capturing the junta’s regional military officer.

· In Karenni State, Operation 1111 got started on 11 November. Karenni Forces announced on Sunday that they managed to start it successfully.

· In Yathaytaung in the north of Rakhine State, the Arakan Army (AA) attacked two border outposts at about 5:00 am on Monday. Consequently, there has been fighting in the area.

· On Sunday, the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA) announced that it had gained complete control of Kun Long in Northern Shan State.

· In Kyauktaw Township in Rakhine State, all the junta policemen and their families from Apaukwa Village defected to the AA.

The Military Council

· On Monday, the military junta blockaded the roads to Rakhine State. Reportedly, all travelling came to a stop.

· The military junta declared martial law in some townships with heavy fighting in Shan State.

· In Falam Township on the India-Myanmar border, the Chin Revolution Forces took control of the junta’s Rih Khaw Dar Camp on Monday morning. Afterwards, the junta army conducted an air strike.

· Dr. Charlie Than, the junta Minister of Industry, inspected the District Industrial Oversight and Inspection Department in Taungoo of Bago Region.

· The junta propaganda leader Major General Zaw Min Tun said that their forces had retreated in Kun Long as part of a military strategy and the MNDAA had come there to take photos secretly. He added that the junta army also continued to restore order in Theinni.

· The junta propaganda leader said that foreign-based media outlets mentioned the decrease of fuel oil supply and they had also spread the rumour that the military junta would not allocate USD tp pay for fuel oil.

Summary on 14 November

· The junta propaganda leader tried to cover up the capture of Kun Long Town. On the other hand, the revolutionary forces released related photos and videos. It unveiled the junta’s lies and it became a funny joke among the public.

· Starting from Monday, battles broke out in Rakhine State, making another battlefield for the junta army. Consequently, the military junta might have to let go of their camps and towns.
