Yangon Region

· In North Dagon Township, a rally of Sanchaung and Dagon Myothit protested against the military dictatorship, holding flaming torches.

· Pyithu Yinkwin group announced that they had arranged safe accommodation and other daily basic needs for about 150 people’s police and soldiers who stand up for the truth. They also warmly welcome anyone who would join the CDM.

· In Thanlyin Township, the youths led an anti-junta movement to fight against the military dictatorship in every possible way.

· Due to restrictions by the military junta, the need for oxygen is on the rise in Yangon.

· U Nyan Win, NLD secretary who has been in detention at Insein prison, was infected with COVID-19. Reportedly, he has been receiving medical treatment at the Intensive Care Unit of Yangon General Hospital.

Mandalay Region

· Amidst tight security measures by the junta armed forces in Pyigyi Dagun Township, the public managed to make Pyi/Gun night strike against the military dictatorship on Sunday.

· Mandalay Special Task Force -MSTF announced that they would review the situation in general and take necessary action if the public were threatened in various ways to pay electricity bills.

· Aung Pinle General Strike marched for the downfall of the military dictatorship. A rally of Myataung also expressed their objection to the military dictatorship.

· On Monday, a rally of Chan/Zi in Unity protested against the military dictatorship.

· Amidst arrests, violence and ruthless killing by the junta armed forces in Mandalay, a large number of people from Maha Aungmye Township expressed their disapproval of the military dictatorship in Seinban area on Monday.

· The military junta announced that they arrested three CDM policemen who had been taking refuge in U Kandy monastery at the foot of Mandalay hill.

· In Patheingyi Township, a CDM traffic policeman named Kant Ko Ko Maung was shot dead by the junta armed forces in Kyigone village at about 6:00 pm Saturday. In the incident, second sergeant Pho Pyay was injured. Kyaw Min Htet, a policeman from Thegone police station was arrested.

· Shwe Man Mye based rally, in cooperation with Maha Aungmye variety forces, expressed their desire against the military dictatorship near the pagoda compound where the junta armed forces had been stationing.

Sagaing Region

· In Dibeyin Township, residents made a night strike on Sunday by banging pots and pans to drive away the junta devils.

· In Dibeyin Township, the public conducted a motorbike strike for the downfall of the military dictatorship on Monday.

· Young residents of Tantsi made indoors protest against the military dictatorship.

· In Salingyi Township, a rally of Latbadaung Taung General Strike marched against the military dictatorship.

· To mark their 124-day protest, a rally comprising various villages from Salingyi North and Yinmabin East expressed their disapproval of the military dictatorship.

· In Kani Township, the junta armed forces killed local people and set mines under their dead bodies.

Ayeyarwady Region

· In Mawlamyeingyun, a bomb exploded near the compound of the electricity department on (4) street at about 9:15 pm Sunday.

Taninthayi Region

· On Sunday night, there were protests against the military dictatorship in Kanbauk area of Yebyu Township, Kanyonegyun village of Longlone Township, and Thingyun village and Thayet Hnakwa village of Thayetchaung Township respectively.

· In Yebyu Township of Dawei District, young residents of Kanbauk area made a prayer event for the heroes who had lost their lives in Spring Revolution on Sunday night. They also expressed their disapproval of the military dictatorship.

· Dawei General Strike, in cooperation with a rally of young students, marched against the military dictatorship on Monday afternoon, banging pots and pans to drive away the junta devils.

· Dawei Township PDF announced that their leader Ko Tin Naing lost his life in the fighting against the junta armed forces in Yaungmaw village.

Kachin State

· At about 8:00 pm Sunday, the junta army (321) in Shwe Nyaungbin village of Winemaw Township and the camp of Lisu people’s army at the top of Aungmye (1) bridge were attacked with mines by KIA.

· At about 9:00 am Monday, a car carrying more than 10 junta policemen was attacked with mines by KIA between Pha-Kant and Saitaung.

· On Sunday, Pha-Kant residents made a night strike against the military dictatorship and a prayer event for the heroes who had lost their lives.

Kayah State

· In Sanpya (6) mile village of Dimawso Township, dead bodies without heads were found in a ground-hole in the compound of a house near the building where the junta armed forces had been stationed for two months.

· According to KNIC, there were exchanges of fire for half an hour between the KNPP regiment (3) and the junta army (530) near Tilone village in the east of Lwailinle at about 8:00 am Monday.

Kayin State

· According to U Ye Min, leader of the Thai-based AAC alliance, they had donated 1000 lakhs for the southern headquarters of PDF under the Ministry of Defense- NUG.

· Saw Nerdah Mya, chief of KNDO, expressed his objection to being suspended from his position regarding the deaths of 25 so-called construction workers of the military junta.

Chin State

· The communication team of Mindat Public Administration announced on Sunday night that negotiations would continue in a few days to extend the ceasefire between the junta armed forces and Mindat CDF.

Mon State

· In Paung Township, the local people made a protest against the military dictatorship with the theme- “Paung’s revolution with non-stop chanting”.

Shan State

· Shan State Federal Force SSLP/SSSF declared war against the junta leader and all of his accomplices in the military junta.

· In Maisat of Shan East, anti-junta youth made a protest against the military dictatorship on Sunday night.

Nay Pyi Taw

· In a press conference on Monday, Zaw Min Tun, spokesperson for the military junta, confessed that they had instructed to restrict the right of the public to buy oxygen at oxygen refill plants.

· The decision to abolish National League for Democracy (NLD) would be reportedly decided in a collective meeting which contains the chair of the Union Election Commission and all the other commission members.

· According to a source from within the army, family members of junta armed forces have to watch a weekly program on MWD without fail. It is a talk show by Moe Hein against the Spring Revolution.

· General Zaw Min Tun, a spokesperson for the military junta, said that the media had been exaggerating although the number of bomb explosions decreased in states and regions.

· Reportedly, the military junta put 4 charges against State Counsellor Daw Aung San Su Kyi under the anti-corruption law.

· In the press conference on Monday, General Zaw Min Tun said that the people had been taking advantage of the crisis as they didn’t want to pay electricity bills.

Summary on 13th July

· In Yangon, the military junta has been putting restrictions on oxygen refill places. Consequently, the request for oxygen among the public is on the rise. Amidst tight security in Yangon, there were still guerrilla protests against the military dictatorship.

· In Mandalay, there were still public protests on the streets. Amidst arrests by the junta armed forces, various rallies were in a great momentum. Two staff members who had been collecting electricity bills were shot dead the previous day. Mandalay Special Guerrilla Force also announced that they would take necessary action if the collection of electricity bills continued.

· In Sagaing Region and Thaninthayi Region, there were public protests with great momentum. In other states and regions, there were still protests against the military dictatorship. Despite no protests in Shan State, SSLP/SSFF has declared war.

· To cover up their incapabilities for sufficient medical treatment of COVID-19, the military junta falsely claimed that they restricted oxygen refills for the patients at home to control some online rumours some had been keeping oxygen without necessity. They have been faced with hardships due to the public’s CDM for not paying electricity bills. They have also been putting pressure in various ways for the payment of electricity bills.
