The Military Council

  • According to the junta newspaper, Committee on National Literary Awards selected their chair and vice-chair as winners of lifelong literary prizes.
  • The junta leader Min Aung Hlaing gave instructions for sufficient production of electric wire with high quality, saying that it would lessen spending of foreign currency.
  • The junta leader Min Aung Hlaing said that it was necessary for rural people to reduce their use of firewood in cooking in order to not cause environmental degradation. He also instructed for an increase in power production with reasonable charges.
  • According to the junta newspaper, Myanmar started exporting fishery products and other dried ones through two Bangladesh trade camps, starting from 13th October. Within 4 weeks, the country earned 2.261 million USD, including 1.165 million USD from exports of fishery products.
  • Despite only a few days elapsing after reopening the schools, the military junta announced that matriculation exam application forms must be submitted between 15th November and 30th December.
  • Contrary to what local residents are saying, the junta newspaper claimed that local PDFs had set fire to Tantlang.

The National Unity Government (NUG)

  • The NUG announced on Wednesday that Myanma Economic Holdings Limited and Myanmar Economic Corporation, financial sources of the junta army, were terrorist businesses, and that legal action would be taken against storing and selling military products.
  • The public have been taking part in the People’s Defensive War. According to the NUG, there were attacks on 11 military targets of the enemy, 25 administration targets and 4 business targets on Wednesday.
  • According to the Ministry of Defence-NUG, 9 soldiers and 6 police members made contact on Thursday to join the public as they could no longer accept the military dictatorship.
  • In an interview with VOA, Daw Zin Mar Aung, Minister of Foreign Affairs-NUG, said that they were very surprised to hear a question through diplomatic community as to whether the NUG had a list for assassination of members of opposition groups. She also said that they had neither such intention nor policy, and that such a thing was not compliant with their principles.

Revolution Activities

  • According to local residents, 4 mines exploded near Yeoogyi high school in the western part of Moegoke at 12:30 pm Thursday, killing 3 junta soldiers and leaving many others injured.
  • On Thursday, the Mandalay Monks’ Union led an anti-junta movement, reciting Parittas.
  • On Thursday morning, No. (12) middle school students expressed their desire against the slavery education of the military junta, hanging posters at their school near Mandalay University campus where the junta army has been stationing.
  • In Pyigyi Dagun Township, there was a bomb explosion at Swedaw vehicle registration office.
  • According to CGF-HTY, the junta army stationing in No. (5) basic education high school in South Dagon Township was attacked with 2 remote bombs on Thursday.
  • At about 10:30 am Thursday, the No. (4) crossroads military security booth in Hmawbi Township was shot at.
  • According to local residents, there was an announcement for no more than one person to ride a motorbike in Kawhmu and Thonekwa townships in Yangon Region.
  • In Tamway and Mingalataung Nyunt townships, EPC staff members, accompanied by the junta armed forces in plain clothes, cut off power lines.
  • According to CDF Mindat on Wednesday, there were battles between the junta armed forces and CDF Mindat for 9 consecutive days along Mindat-Matupi road in Chin State.
  • In Chin State, Matupi is 104 miles away from Mindat and normally, it takes half a day for express vehicles. However, it took about 10 days for a convoy of military trucks.
  • In Shautka village of Ayadaw Township, Maw Gyi, USDP advocate and junta informer, was killed on Thursday morning. After that, the junta army raided the village and set fire to houses.
  • On Thursday, Kalay people marched against the military dictatorship.
  • As a 246-day protest, a combined rally of Salingyi North and Yinmabin East objected to the military dictatorship on Thursday.
  • In Yegyibin village of Yinmabin Township, there was a march against the military dictatorship on Thursday.
  • In Shwebo Township, local people went around a village on Thursday morning and expressed their support for the NUG. They also expressed their disapproval of the military dictatorship.
  • According to local PDF, the junta army used fighter helicopters in the battle near Taze village in Kani Township.
  • According to Pale PDF Headquarters, about 70 junta soldiers on foot leaving Wambechaint village were attacked with 10 mines on Pale-Gantgaw road in the west of Nagama mountain.
  • On Wednesday night, Myaing Township Basic Education General Strike Committee and the public marched against the military dictatorship.
  • In Myothit Township, Ma Yun Le Po, a first-year university student aged 17 in Magyi Gonegyi village, was arrested by the junta army, with the accusation of having contact with PDFs.
  • In Pathein of Ayeyarwaddy Region, the junta army sealed off 7 shops and houses.
  • According to Gyobinkok PDF on Thursday, they opened fire at the town entrance gate on Yangon-Pyi road in Bago Region. Reportedly, second police sergeant Mg Mg Toe was seriously injured.

Ethnic Armed Organizations

  • In Ingyanyan Township of Kachin State, KIA attacked the junta army invading the area on Wednesday evening. Reportedly, the military junta had a great loss there.
  • In Maishoe Township of Shan State, SSPP/SSA, a Shan ethnic armed organization, had a recruitment openly in the town on Wednesday.

Summary on 11th November

  • The junta leader Min Aung Hlaing has been going around the country and talking nonsense about production and projects. On the other hand, there were battles between local PDFs and the junta armed forces, causing the loss of around 10 junta soldiers every day. In some places, they had to use military helicopters for their attacks. They also arrested and ill-treated local residents.
  • In Sagaing, Chin, Shan North, Kayah and Kachin, there were battles against the junta army. As for Rakhine State, it seems to be in the position of resuming battles.
  • In Yangon, Mandalay, Magwe, Ayeyarwaddy and Mon, public protests decreased whereas armed revolution gained momentum with guerrilla attacks and junta-informer clearance operations.
