The National Unity Government (NUG)

· On Wednesday, the Union Minister of Foreign Affairs- NUG and the representatives from ethnic allies went to the parliament of Lithuania and met with MPs there.

· At 4:00 pm Tuesday, there was a meeting between the Federal State Cooperation Commission- NUG and the Committee Representing the Sagaing Hluttaw.

· At 1:00 pm on Wednesday, there was a meeting between the Central Committee on the Interim Public Administration-NUG and the Township People’s Administration from Mandalay Region and Magwe Region.

· The Ministry of Defence- NUG announced on Thursday that about 20 weapons had been confiscated in the battle to seize Myauksi Police Station in Kalay.

· U Yi Mon, the Minister of Defence- NUG, stated that the military operations across the country had been related to each other.

· In Yetashay Township of Bago Region, there were 24 local clashes between the junta army and the combined force of PDFs in September and October. Reportedly, over 120 junta soldiers including 2 supervisors died.

Revolutionary Activities

· Thabaitgyin Township PDF announced that the public should not travel on the road section from Thabaitgyin Township of Mandalay Region to Tigyaint Township of Sagaing Region.

· In Yesagyo Township of Magwe Region, local people and the PDFs showed their support for Operation 1027 by the Brotherhood Alliance, holding signs of the names of the towns seized.

· In Panwah of Kachin State, a camp of the junta’s militia was on fire and the explosives blew up.

· The strike committees announced that they would conduct ‘Eugenia Public Movement’ in commemoration of 1111 on 11 November.

· In Lashio Township of Northern Shan State, the junta army fired mortars at the IDP camp in Maingtaing Village. Reportedly, 2 people including a child lost their lives and another one lost his leg.

Ethnic Armed Organisations (EAOs)

· According to the Three Brotherhood of Northern Alliance, the junta army has been conducting military preparations mainly in the waterway of Rakhine State. Reportedly, they have tried shooting in some townships.

· In Naungcho Township of Shan State, Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) and Mandalay PDF attacked a troop of junta soldiers and 3 armored vehicles near Ohnmmakhar Village. Reportedly, they managed to destroy one of the armoured vehicles.

· The Three EAOs of the Northern Alliance declared that they would conduct joint operations throughout the country by cooperating with the Karenni Nationalities Defence Force (KNDF) and other revolutionary forces.

· In the Hpakant Area of Kachin State, the Kachin Independence Army gained control of three junta outposts in Sezin.

· In Shwekyin Township of Bago Region, the junta army shot mortars at Gwaygone Village. Reportedly, 4 people’s houses were damaged.

· In Namkham in Northern Shan State, the TNLA attacked junta soldiers and militia members hiding in a pagoda compound in the downtown area. In the battle, no less than 14 prisoners of war were caught along with their weapons.

The Military Council

· The junta Trade Department announced on Tuesday that it would allow exports via other trade posts and water routes for those with export licenses for the Muse 105 and Chin Shwe Haw Trade Zones in Northern Shan State on the China-Myanmar border.

· The junta armed forces instructed junta soldiers not to be in passive positions in their camps and to conduct counterattacks.

· In a meeting of the National Defence and Security Council on Wednesday, the junta leader Min Aung Hlaing stated that drones made in China had been mainly used in Operation 1027 by the Northern Alliance.

· The junta leader claimed that they had been able to regain control of the fighting in Northern Shan State.

· The junta leader said that serious action must be taken to eradicate drugs.

Summary on 10 November

· At a meeting of the National Defence and Security Council, the junta leader Min Aung Hlaing failed to tell the truth regarding fighting in Northern Shan State. He told lies saying that the junta army had regained control of the area.

· The Offensive by the Northern Alliance and revolutionary forces still has great momentum. The junta army has suffered a great loss there while a large number of junta soldiers have been caught as prisoners of war.
