A Canadian oil and gas worker may have sparked a cascade of events that could lead to the end of COVID-19 emergency restrictions and a return to normal life around the globe.

That is what a growing number of doctors, lawyers and activists are desperately hoping for as his case goes “viral” on social media, amidst a world of misinformation and censorship.

Patrick King represented himself in court in Alberta, Canada in May 2021 after being fined $1,200 dollars for protesting on 10 December in a group of more than ten against the COVID-19 restrictions that had damaged business, employment and people’s mental health in his state.

He issued a subpoena to the Provincial Health Minister Deena Hinshaw for proof that the COVID-19 virus exists.

King’s defense was that he needed proof of “isolation” of the SARS-CoV-2 virus – COVID-19 - from Ms Hinshaw, which would give her the science to back the Alberta Public Health Act that allows the state to impose COVID-19 emergency restrictions and push for people to be vaccinated.

The Canadian Ministry of Health responded to King with a statement that they could not provide proof.

Since this revelation came to light, Canada’s Alberta Province has since rescinded all Covid Restrictions and now officially treats COVID-19 on a par with the flu, though, as King has pointed out, this was not necessarily directly as a result of his court case. “It is coincidental that there are no more lockdowns, no more quarantine, no jabs for kids,” he told an interviewer.

In theory, King has offered up a template that could be used not only in other states in Canada but also in other countries. According to him, this is a process which may now be underway in Ireland, with another government that has been unable to provide evidence of the isolation of SARS-CoV-2 when requested.

Theoretically, if put into action, this provides a possible avenue for members of the public to help end the COVID-19 crisis and prompt a return to normality, one in which the virus is treated like any other medical disease or condition.

King told an interviewer in early August that science is supposed to back up COVID-19 restrictions. “They don’t have the science. This is a case of right and wrong.”

CHALLENGING THE NARATIVE

King’s case may come as a shock to people who are masked up and locked down hoping for the vaccine and the promise of protection from the virus. With news of COVID-19 variants and the pandemic crises in countries such as India, Indonesia and Myanmar, fear is at an all-time high.

But if one delves into the “official COVID-19 narrative” – what is presented as the official story line of the emergence of this pandemic and how to deal with it – it is becoming increasingly clear that, as thousands of health professionals and lawyers allege, this could be “the biggest fraud ever carried out on humanity”.

What is clear, according to the legal challenges now being made against governments and health authorities by health professionals and lawyers, is that hundreds of thousands if not millions of lives could have been saved and restrictions avoided if the virus had been treated more on a par with the treatment used for the flu, with – crucially – a focus on those who are ill with symptoms and the vulnerable.

The challengers – who are often heavily censored and blocked by media and social media - appear at pains to point out that they do not seek to downplay the suffering and deaths, merely to use a more level-headed approach to the health threat posed by COVID-19.

So, what is the “official COVID-19 narrative” and what do critics claim is wrong?

When news began to appear at the beginning of 2020 that a virus outbreak was underway in Wuhan, China, the picture painted was one of a dangerous virus in China that may have begun spreading as early as December 2019 and unfortunately had escaped to other countries around the world. China came in for criticism for a fumbled attempt to censor local medical voices ringing alarm and not being quick to clamp down.

By March 2020, the World Health Organisation (WHO) was calling the outbreak of COVID-19 a “pandemic” as case numbers continued to grow and fan out around the world.

With the help of the media, the world was put on a “war footing” with a story or narrative that all countries, with the encouragement of the WHO and America’s health expert Dr Anthony Fauci, were encouraged to adopt.

Although at that stage there was some uncertainty as to where the COVID-19 virus came from, the narrative took root that this was a dangerous virus that may have had a zoonotic origin – passing from an animal in a wet market in Wuhan to a human.

Although there was some confusion at the start, with denials from health experts including Dr Fauci that masks were not necessary, a modus operandi for tackling the virus was put into place that was picked up and used around the world.

In simple terms, COVID-19 prevention boiled down to masks, hand sanitizing, temperature checks, social distancing, and eventually lockdowns, with a PCR test keeping a tally on cases, assessing whether a person was COVID-19 “positive” or not.

Although a considerable number of doctors began using tried-and-tested antiviral treatments on patients exhibiting symptoms, Dr Fauci and other health executives said only the drug Remdesivir, a broad-spectrum antiviral medication, should be used, and that a vaccine was likely to be the only long-term solution. Many of the doctors in the USA going against the advice of Dr Fauci were censured, even disbarred, even though they claimed success with their treatment. Those that spoke out publicly were ridiculed. Some were sacked from their job.

This official storyline was backed up by Bill Gates, who runs GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance, and helps fund the WHO, with the message that unless the whole population of the planet is vaccinated, COVID-19 would continue to pose a threat.

So successful has the “official COVID-19 narrative” been in terms of governments, health authorities and the media working in lock-step that by August 2021, over two billion people around the world has been vaccinated against COVID-19, with thousands continuing to line up for the shots.

HORRIFYING REALITY?

This narrative is now starting to collapse. And the unveiling of findings by doctors, lawyers and researchers are horrifying, if they are proved to be correct.

Canadian citizen King’s case is just one of thousands of legal challenges to the “official COVID-19 narrative” with Freedom of Information requests being carried out in the USA, Ukraine, Brazil, Netherlands, Australia, UK, Ireland and Canada coming up with a surprising result – there is no SARS-CoV-2 that has been scientifically isolated using the scientific “Gold Standard” of Koch or River Postulates.

As with King’s foray through the Canadian court, other governments appear to be having problems proving the virus exists.

Yet, what appears to be happening is governments are flying blind, following a script.

The shocking crux of the allegations is that the COVID-19 pandemic was planned, the virus man-made, with the aim of channeling people towards a vaccine, a plan that has been in play for over two decades, one that would stoke the fires of a “billion-dollar coronavirus industry,” as it has been dubbed. Interestingly, the plans, patents, reports and meetings that provide the evidence of this fraud – going as far back to the 1980s and 1990s - are mostly in the public domain if people know where to look.

In simple terms, the virus was the vehicle for the vaccine rollout – cause a public health emergency and tell the people the only way out is a vaccine.

Dr Richard Fleming has studied the virus and has come under attack and faced legal cases, given his inside knowledge – hence he gets flagged in a Google search. He says COVID-19 has been identified, is a real virus, and that it was genetically engineered by US scientists with US government funding and help from the US Department of Defence, a plan that involved Dr Fauci, Peter Daszak, president of Eco-Health Alliance, and scientist Ralph Baric, claims echoed by many other researchers.

“There is a lot of data substantiating this,” Dr Fleming notes, speaking during a video interview.

Dr Li-Meng Yan, a Chinese virologist, speaking in an interview, backed Dr Fleming’s claims and adds that the development of the virus also involved the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the Chinese People’s Liberation Army.

That said, it would be wrong to rush to stamp “Made in China” on this virus as its origins can allegedly be found in US laboratories and the US Army Base of Fort Detrick, a nefarious plan that goes back decades.

As the narrative begins to unravel, a growing number of health professionals, lawyers and activists are legally challenging the official story – given its clear intention to harm - calling for an end to Covid restrictions, an end to the vaccine programme, a return to normality, and the prosecution of those who have perpetrated the alleged fraud.

‘FRAUD’ AND ‘MISTREATMENT’

So, where does this leave the official tally of numbers and the magnitude of the threat?

With over 200 million COVID-19 “cases” and over 4 million deaths officially recorded to date, and with new “variants” reportedly cropping up, the “official COVID-19 narrative” would appear to indicate the virus continues to pose a serious threat.

But critics claim the figures are heavily inflated.

At the crux of the problem is the PCR Test, promoted for use by USA’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the WHO, and other health bodies, which allegedly is not fit for purpose, and when run at a high cycle threshold, above 20 or 30, produces a large percentage of false positives. It does not necessarily ascertain whether a person has the virus.

“The PCR test, which is the basis of everything, is a complete fraud,” says Dr Reiner Fullmich, a German lawyer pursuing a number of class action lawsuits against governments and medical authorities. “Destroy the PCR Tests, no more infections, the whole house of cards is going to collapse.”

As he notes in an online interview: “Massive testing of healthy individuals is driving up case numbers, extending lockdowns, and keeping mask mandates in place, including hotspots like India where 96 percent of cases were asymptomatic.”

It is hard to hazard a guess about the real COVID-19 death figure. But with the alleged fraud, mismanagement, financial incentives, and pressure exerted by health officials on subordinates, and threats to doctors’ licences, the real death figure may only be a fraction of the official figure – though what percentage is unclear.

Many people who have COVID-19 on their death certificate died of other conditions and causes, according to health officials speaking officially, and also according to health professional whistleblowers.

According to critics, the use of the PCR Test has artificially created a pandemic, and this may have been a deliberate part of the plan.

Even America’s CDC appears to be back-peddling, issuing notice on 27 July 2021 that it was calling for an end to the PCR Test use by 31 December 2021. The CDC reportedly called for the reduction in the cycle threshold in January 2021, but health authorities around the world may still be using the high threshold that allegedly produces over 90 percent false positives. In addition, the CDC now admits that the tests cannot distinguish between the flu and COVID-19.

None of this, however, should detract from the cases of patients gasping for air in health facilities in Delhi or Yangon. But what may be happening here according to doctors is they have not had early treatment using relative cheap medicines, including Ivermectine, hydroxycloroquine, vitamins D and C, and zinc, that could have helped prevent the patient from developing life threatening conditions.

What critics point out is COVID-19 reportedly has a survival rate of 99.96 percent.

TRUTH REVEALED?

Gradually the truth behind this alleged fraud is being revealed.

Charges being lined up against Dr Fauci include allegations that in 2020 he deliberately blocked standard and accepted medicines with a track record, promoted the use of Remidesivir using the wrong dosage, and attempted to funnel people towards the vaccine.

High levels of COVID-19 deaths in New York hospitals and elderly care homes in 2020 were allegedly caused by the criminal mismanagement of treatment, including intubation – sedating people and putting people on oxygen - that reportedly killed a large percentage of the patients.

As if to cover his tracks, Dr Fauci recently discussed the use of antivirals as an option in treating COVID-19 patients, highlighting new advice added to the USA’s National Institutes of Health (NIH) database, under the title, Antiviral Program for Pandemics. Dr Fauci recently received grillings in the US Senate over his handling of the pandemic and allegations he provided funds to pay for “gain of function” research at the Wuhan lab. He denied the allegations.

What is shocking is much of the carnage of the COVID-19 pandemic could have been prevented. Health professionals and lawyers allege many of the deaths that fall under the umbrella of COVID-19 could have been prevented by correct and early treatment, with the focus being on people suffering symptoms expected with the virus, and ignoring the testing of healthy individuals with no signs of disease.

In addition, it is unknown how many people tagged falsely “positive” may have died from faulty treatment even though they may not have had the virus.

Many doctors and nurses are blowing the whistle - despite the danger to their jobs - to call out false notification of COVID-19 deaths. Minnesota senator and doctor Scott Jensen faced a challenge from the Board of Medical Practice after he claimed the CDC’s guidelines on the classification of coronavirus deaths could artificially inflate COVID-19 patient counts and deaths. Dr Jensen says he was shocked by

the notification he was sent as a doctor that broke the boundaries of a doctor’s responsibility to assign a correct death notification – essentially encouraging him to falsely attribute deaths to COVID-19.

Health practice has been turned on its head. A growing number of whistleblowers are concerned that healthy people are being treated as a potential threat.

There is arguably a testing crisis. Health officials around the world have rushed to test people using a faulty test instead of following standard health procedures which focus on those with symptoms and illness.

If it wasn’t for the PCR Test, this would not be a pandemic. The pandemic designation is based on people who tested positive, using a test not fit for purpose.

As Dr Fullmich notes: “A case is somebody who is sick. A case (under the PCR Test regime) is not epidemiology, that is fraud. This has led to the false labeling of deaths as COVID-19 deaths.”

VACCINE TRIALS

One of the core challenges being brought by health professionals and lawyers in legal cases against governments, health authorities and named individuals around the world is to stop the ongoing experimental COVID-19 vaccine trials.

In October 2020, the WHO claimed herd immunity could only be accomplished by vaccination. And since that time the pace has picked up to promote vaccines – produced by about a dozen manufacturers in total – as a way for people to protect themselves from COVID-19.

“Normalcy only returns,” claimed Bill Gates, “when we have vaccinated the entire global population.”

As Dr Peter McCullough, who has written 45 papers on COVID-19, points out, the COVID-19 vaccination drive is unprecedented and promoted through fear, isolation and lockdowns.

He says he is shocked by the weaponization of the vaccines and fears for those who fall foul of the campaign.

A core point to recognize is that the plans, patents, and methodology have been years in the making. Moderna, for example, was prepping for a COVID-19 vaccine rollout in March 2019 – months before anybody had heard of COVID-19 that according to official narrative accidently cropped up at the beginning of 2020.

Typically, vaccines take years to test and develop. But the COVID-19 vaccines are not approved and are only being used under emergency authorization as part of experimental trials set to finish in 2023.

As attorney Dr Fullmich notes, the vaccines are technically not vaccines and – as the manufacturers admit – do not prevent a person from catching COVID-19 or from passing it on. This is being witnessed first hand as the number of double-vaccinated people being admitted to hospital with COVID-19 continues to grow.

Take the Moderna vaccine as an example. Moderna states they are providing gene therapy. Currently mRNA is considered a gene therapy product by the FDA. The aim is to “hack human genetics” in a trial that has never been carried out on such a scale.

As Tal Zaks, Chief Medical Officer of Moderna Inc, told a medical conference: “I am here to tell you we are actually hacking the software of life, and that it is changing the way we think about prevention and treatment of disease.”

As one medical professional noted, the long-term effects of these gene therapies are unknown, with fears voiced about the dangers posed.

Dr Robert Malone, the doctor who invented mRNA vaccine technology, has warned the vaccines are “very dangerous” because of an unforeseen cytotoxic (toxic to cells) effect of the spike proteins encoded by the vaccines.

Yet governments around the world granted emergency authorization for use. It has been rushed to market so quickly it is alarming, says Dr Fullmich.

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) in the USA and the EU’s System indicate the COVID-19 vaccines could be causing hundreds of thousands of adverse effects including death. As of July 2021, the USA has seen over 1 million adverse reactions with over 11,000 deaths. The EU has seen over 1.4 million adverse reactions with 14,000 deaths.

This should prompt alarm, given these reporting systems typically only highlight the tip of the iceberg when it comes to numbers.

According to an MIT study, less than one percent of vaccine adverse events are typically reported. Erring on the cautious side, Dr McCullough told an interviewer: “We have a pretty good lead that the real number is ten-fold.”

According to the USA VAERS figures, more people have died from the COVID-19 vaccine in America than all the deaths from vaccines over the last 20 years.

Normally vaccine trials would be stopped if there were over 25 to 50 deaths, says Dr McCullough. Yet governments are ignoring the deaths and other adverse effects and pushing forward.

One legal challenge against the US government claims as many as 45,000 Americans may have already died from the vaccines over the last seven months.

What is shocking, says Dr Malone, is that the USA’s FDA knew about the potential dangers of the vaccines. In a leaked video conference call of FDA delegates in October 2020, the dangers were discussed but the video host told participants not to dwell on negative sides of the vaccines, and deliberately interrupted speakers when they tried to voice concern.

Health professionals including immunologists are warning that recipients of the vaccine might find their life expectancy reduced to three years, or five to 10 years, post vaccine.

“You humans are taking part in the largest experiment in the history of mankind,” Dr Sucharit Bhakdi, a microbiologist and outspoken opponent of the COVID-19 narrative noted in a video, The Awareness Foundation COVID-19 Roundtable.

Many doctors and nurses have seen first-hand the potential for damage.

“I have been a doctor to these patients for twenty years and now three of them are disabled by this vaccine,” says Dr Charles Hoffe, a Canadian physician, discussing his patients during a video forum. “And it upsets me very much because these people did not know they were part of an experiment.”

With Moderna recently announcing a third shot to allegedly “tackle COVID-19 variants”, critics fear the public will be sucked into an endless regime of dangerous vaccinations, highly lucrative for the companies concerned.

CENSORSHIP

One of the problems for advocates trying to expose what they claim is the true story of the pandemic is heavy censorship.

The media and social media have gone to such extremes that many health professionals, lawyers, researchers and activists have had Facebook or Twitter posts blocked, they have been de-platformed, or worse.

A group of 26 UK journalists, who have called themselves “Holding the Line: Journalists Against Covid Censorship”, have argued that attempts to share concerns counter to the “one official narrative” or “one scientific truth” have led to reporters being criticized by their managers, freelancers being blacklisted, and the public receiving a distorted view of the truth. They are seeking to raise concerns about “censorship” from tech giants that take down coronavirus “misinformation”.

Charlotte Tobitt, who has been willing to speak out, says journalists are being “censored” to create “one official narrative”.

The group accused the UK media of frequently publishing “fear-inducing and sometimes inaccurate” coverage helping to foster a hostile environment for those who choose not to have the COVID-19 vaccine. It has been unprecedented how COVID-19 has been reported in the UK and world media with only one official narrative that has played out.

Ex-BBC radio journalist Tony Gosling warned about the fear-inducing and sometimes inaccurate coverage, noting the very powerful lobby behind these Covid measures including treatment, lack of treatment and vaccines, and obviously, there is not much of a lobby in the other direction.

“Most of us think our employers have not been representing both sides. It is frustrating,” he said.

In the USA, censorship has taken on Cold War “McCarthy Era” tones with the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) publishing a report, “The Disinformation Dozen”, naming and shaming 12 health professionals who have challenged the official COVID-19 narrative and vaccines, a move prompting death threats and extensive criticism and trolling of the individuals concerned. Dr Joseph Mercola – one of the 12 - was prompted to take down all the posts on his website, representing 25 years of work. A CNN reporting crew chased him down and tried to question him, the reporter asking what he thought about him “threatening people’s lives” with his advice about the vaccine and virus treatment.

Although the media has tended to toe the official line, occasionally stories are published that provide an inkling of what may really be going on. As Ben Weingarten recently wrote in Newsweek, in an article entitled, “Biden-Big Tech COVID Censorship Collusion is Tip of Ruling Class Spear”, US President Joe Biden’s administration has openly colluded with big tech to censor debate on the Covid narrative.

“Who gets to decide, a free sovereign people or an insular ruling class. The arguments in his story are bigger than the virus and vaccines but about democracy, and how freedom is slipping away under an authoritarian cloak. Freedom to discuss, freedom to choose,” Weingarten wrote.

Weingarten hints at an important point – this is not about a virus.

ON THE STREET

Patrick King’s actions in Alberta, Canada, taking to a street corner each week to speak out and being slapped with a fine, is just one example of a growing public pushback that appears to be making the authorities nervous around the world.

On 24 July, millions of people in towns and cities around the world held freedom rallies to protest against the COVID-19 restrictions, vaccines, the threat to vaccinate children, and the proposal for health passports.

Critics are concerned that most the public rallies were not covered by the mainstream media that continues with the “official COVID-19 narrative” in which a reduction in public freedoms, and government control of a person’s body, are promoted as part of a false narrative of protecting the public.

What the protesters are upset about is that science has been turned upside down using a powerful propaganda machine – the media selling out and editorially compromised by funding from foundations and pharmaceutical companies.

There is recognition that the COVID-19 crisis could end quickly if a more level-headed approach to the virus was followed using the right treatment, using it early, and allowing society to go back to some semblance of normality.

Right now, though, there are a growing number of health professionals who are worried that when it comes to the increasingly disputed “official COVID-19 narrative”, the cure could be worse than the disease.
