NUG's 'Aung Lan Lwint Chi Spring Lottery' sold out within hours

The "Spring Lottery" launched by the National Unity Government reached its target for one day within hours. NUG's "Aung Lan Lwint Chi Spring Lottery" went on sale at 4pm on August 15 and the set amount of tickets was reached by 5:30 pm.

The Spring Lottery will be available for online purchase via Messenger on the official Facebook page from 10am to 10pm the next day. If the Spring lottery is won the winner is given the choice of "take or donate".

Each lottery ticket costs 2,000 kyats and it can be drawn from a minimum of five tickets to a maximum of 50 tickets.

About 70 percent of the lottery proceeds will be transferred to CDM staff and 30 percent will be rewarded as prizes. It is stated that each prize of 1.5 million kyats will be distributed equally.
