Myanmar junta to 'intimidate' Suu Kyi and supporters by moving her to prison: HRW

Ousted Myanmar leader Aung San Suu Kyi has been moved from house arrest to solitary confinement in a prison compound in the military-built capital Naypyidaw, a junta spokesman said on Thursday. "The military junta wants to intimidate not only Aung San Suu Kyi but also her supporters," says Phil Robertson, deputy Asia director for Human Rights Watch.
