Myanmar junta chief makes second SAC reshuffle in a year

Myanmar’s military regime chief Min Aung Hlaing made the second reconstitution of his administrative body in a year, with an order dated 25 September. 
The State Administration Council (SAC) ordered its latest reform in February this year on the second-year anniversary of its coup in 2021. 
In the recent reforms signed by Min Aung Hlaing the top six junta positions remained the same. They are: Min Aung Hlaing chairman of the SAC, followed by Vice-Senior General Soe Win, Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe, Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, General Mya Tun Oo, and Admiral Tin Aung San, according to junta sources.
Two lieutenant generals Moe Myint Tun and Soe Htut at positions 7 and 8 were substituted with Gen Maung Maung Aye and Lt-Gen Yar Pyae who is the incumbent Home Affairs Minister. 
The council has put General Maung Maung Aye and Lt-Gen Nyo Saw are new members of the SAC.  
Also, the number of SAC officials was reduced from 20 to 18, while changes were made amongst civilian members. 
In the military regime cabinet reshuffle, Lt-Gen Soe Htut who was the first Home Affairs Minister just after the coup and who was then downgraded to Union Minister at the Union Government Office (1) was removed from administrative duties back to his original military duties. 
The Ministry of Commerce will be led by Tun Ohn in place of Aung Naing Oo who becomes Union Minister at the Union Government Office (1). 
In the reform of the Union Election Commission, Bran Shaung was retired, and he was substituted with Khin Zaw. 
The Deputy Minister for Commerce Nyunt Aung was also substituted with Min Min, and Lwin Oo becomes the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs.
