Myanmar authorities seized a large haul of hydrochloric acid in Shan state, according to a release from the Central Committee for Drug Abuse Control (CCDAC) Xinhua reported.
The seizure was made by the security force during their operation in Mong Kung township at the weekend.
A total of 12,000 liters of hydrochloric acid worth 120 million kyats (88,888 U.S. dollars) were confiscated from a 12-wheeled truck.
