Negotiation groups of both sides discussed matters related to Part III of the Union Accord. Thirteen agreements on NCA Implementation Framework have been achieved, said the Attorney-General of the Union. Two points regarding the basic principle of building the Union based on democracy and a federal system have also been agreed, according to the Attorney-General of the Union.

Agreements reached in the coordination meeting will be added to the Part III of the Union Accord, so it can say that both sides are taking efforts to lay a foundation for the peace process and construction of a Democratic Federal Union for post-2020, the Attorney-General of the Union said.
