Explosion at transport office in Mandalay injures one

A bomb exploded in front of the Road Transportation Administration Department's (RTAD) office in Mandalay at around 11:15 am on June 11 and one person is said to have been injured.

A RTAD staff said, "The bomb blasted in front of the office next to Thake Pan Road. It happened at the parking lot of the visitors' motorbikes. The girl injured by the bomb is said to come for an extension. It is known that two people come to office for extension.”

There have been several explosions at the Road Transportation Administration Department's (RTAD) office last month and this makes it the fifth time the office has been hit.
