COVID-19 death toll continues to rise

Myanmar has recorded 12,425 infection cases of COVID-19 with 284 deaths as of Tuesday, said a daily release from the Health and Sports Ministry Xinhua reported.

The ministry's release reported 795 new cases and 28 more deaths on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, 3,391 patients have been discharged from the hospitals so far.
