China sends medical experts to Myanmar

The Chinese government has sent a team of medical experts to Myanmar to help the country cope with the COVID-19 epidemic, Xinhua reported.

The team, organized by the National Health Commission, consists of 12 experts selected by the health commission of Yunnan Province.

The experts specializing in respiratory disease, infectious disease, intensive care, testing and traditional Chinese medicine are from two hospitals in Yunnan and the Yunnan provincial centre for disease control and prevention.
