A guerrilla group said that a grenade was thrown at the North Okkalapa Township General Administration Office on Khay Mar Thi Road, Gha Nge Ward in North Okkalapa Township, Yangon at 5:15 pm on February 15.

"At the time of the incident, there were six troops near the sentry-box. They all crouched down when the bomb exploded in front of them. It was found that military junta’s troops dressed in civilian clothes were coming out onto the back street behind the office. An ambulance was said to have gone there,” said an official of the Generation Z Defense Force & Supply Army. Details of the damage are still being investigated.

It was also reported that percussion grenades were also set off in a teachers' recreation room at Dagon University in North Dagon Township, and at an administration office in Thandar Ward, North Okkalapa Township in January.
