82 people, including the shop manager, were arrested in YGN KTV during a district level police raid in North Dagon Township of Yangon Region on the morning of January 5.

The YGN KTV is located on the Union Highway of North Dagon Township.

The KTV was raided by a team led by the Eastern District Administrator and the district police chief. The detainees are 17 male employees including the manager and 13 women from the shop, 35 male customer and 16 female customers; in total 82 people were arrested.

At present, the manager of YGN KTV shop is being held and at North Dagon Township Police Station and the remaining detainees have been released on bail.
