The number of COVID-19 cases in Myanmar has increased to 141,965 as of Tuesday, according to a release from the Ministry of Health and Sports, Xinhua reported.

A total of 49 newly confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported in the country on Tuesday.

No new death was reported on Tuesday and the death toll of COVID-19 has registered 3,199 in the country so far, the release said.
