372 people were killed and 1,657 others injured in connection with 1,169 road accidents across Myanmar in August this year, Xinhua reported quoting the Myanmar Traffic Police.

According to latest figures from the Ministry of Transport and Communication, a total of 3,196 people were killed with 13,461 others injured in connection with 9,292 road accidents across the country in the first eight months of this year.
