The Village Chief visits a remote part of the Green Village.  The local commander is having a fight with his wife. Apparently, the air force bombed her jade mine, instead of a group of Blue People living next to the mine. The VC’s wife, Daw Dollar, tries to console the commander's wife. Then a local Blue Lady tells Daw Dollar that another mine, named the Daw Dollar Mining Company, was also bombed. Daw Dollar is furious and complains about the bombing of her mine to her husband, the Village Chief. But it turns out Daw Dollar doesn’t own the bombed mine. So, everybody is relieved, except the Blue Lady who lost her sister during the bombing.
