Drone strike on Shwebo checkpoint in Sagaing Region kills three junta soldiers

Black Wolf People's Defence Force (PDF) launched a drone strike on a junta checkpoint near to Sagaing Region's Shwebo University that killed three junta soldiers on 30 July at 1:00 p.m.

An official form Black Wolf PDF said: ''We used a drone to conduct the second attack of Operation 247. Three members of the Military Council were killed.''

Other junta soldiers were injured, but the local defence forces were able to retreat without suffering any casualties, according to Black Wolf PDF.

It is said that 15 junta soldiers man the Shwebo University checkpoint. They have been allegedly extorting money from pedestrians and abusing them.

Black Wolf PDF warned that there would be more attacks. A Black Wolf spokesperson said: ''I would advise staying away from Pyu-Saw-Htee members since the assaults against Military Council members will intensify. Please consider making a larger donation to the resistance forces.”

The defence forces that carried out the drone strike were the Black Wolf PDF affiliated Battalion (1) and Battalion (5) of the Shwebo District.
