Peacemaking offer:
1.The Union government upholds “Three Main National Causes” and it believes that in order to build a peace and modern developed democratic country, it will need to cease armed conflicts and restore peace in the nation and work hard for development of the nation in cooperation with the nation and the people.
2. Ethnic armed groups that want to cease armed conflicts and restore peace in the nation can talk with their respective State/Region governments as an individual group to carry out some initial tasks as a first step.
3. The Union government would like to offer that after an armed group has carried out the initial tasks, the Union government will form a group for discussion with the respective armed group.
