New Delhi - Josette Sheeran, Executive Director of the UN World Food Program is making a one day visit to Cyclone ravaged Burma on Friday.

"She is arriving in Burma now by Singapore air line flight today," said Paul Risley, WFP spokesperson in Bangkok, adding the WFP chief "will stay there and come back to Bangkok tomorrow."

Risley, said Sheeran will tour Cyclone-hit areas and meet with government representatives during the visit.

"She will review current World Food Programme operations in ongoing cyclone response," Risley added.

But it is unlikely that Sheeran will meet with top generals of Burma.
