Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP) Chairman Than Htay said that if they could form the government after the general elections they wanted to reform the country into a society in which people can live by abiding democracy with self-conscience but not by fear.

USDP chairman Than Htay told voters that they dared say they would win the elections if the elections were free and fair.
