Kayah State legislative assembly chairman Thae Re said that they had not yet received any reply from the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on their complaint filed against former Kayah State government Chief Minister L Phaung Sho, sent on September 8, for his alleged role in the embezzlement of government funds.
Thae Re from Hpruso constituency (1) said that the organization concerned should and must act against the former CM.
ACC spokesman Kyaw Soe told Mizzima, “According to our rules, we must keep such complaints confidential. We will disclose the result of our inquiry only after completing the entire process.
