People’s Alliance for Credible Elections (PACE) said that they would observe 2020 general elections at 1,000 polling stations across the country. The organization will observe the elections in 250 townships across the country with about 2,000 observers at the rate of two observers at each of the polling stations. They will mainly focus their observations in Yangon, Mandalay and Ayeyarwady Regions.

PACE will station their data centre at Park Royal Hotel in Yangon, and they will reportedly receive messages from their observers deployed at their polling stations through phone SMS service.

On the polling date, November 8, they will work from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. with a staff strength of 40 at the data centre. They will present their report to the government and public on November 9 in the afternoon.
