ONE two-division World Champion Aung La Nsang, aka the Burmese Python, capped off a historic night in Tokyo with a massive knockout win over Brandon Vera to retain the ONE Light Heavyweight World Title, according to a press release from ONE Championship.

Tokyo may have been inundated by Typhoon Hagibis but in the stadium all eyes were on the two MMA stars battling it out on Sunday.

Aung La Nsang, 34, took the fight to the mat as he pummeled Philippines star Vera, 42.

The Burmese Python added to his MMA record of 25 wins and 10 losses after knocking Vera down in the bout.

The Kachin-born fighter defended his One Light Heavyweight World Championship belt and gave his fans something to remember.
