Health of victims in crash landing stable, hospital press statement says

Aryu Hospital medical superintendent Dr. Than Htut Oo said that the condition of all the victims of Bangladesh aircraft crash landing was stable and out of danger.

In the crash landing, 17 patients were admitted for treatment. The injured are 11 Bangladeshis, two Chinese, two Myanmar and one Indian. Six victims received spinal injuries, two head injuries and nine minor injuries.

Flight number BG-060 from Bangladesh Biman skidded off the runway on May 8.

At the time of the accident, 29 passengers and six crew members were onboard and the fuselage was broken into three parts.

The costs of the hospital expenses for these air crash victims are reportedly borne by the airline.
