Myanmar authorities seized 50 kg of methamphetamine (ICE) in eastern Shan state, according to the Central Committee for Drug Abuse Control (CCDAC) on Tuesday, Xinhua reported.

Acting on a tip-off, the anti-narcotic police made a seizure in Tachileik township on Monday.

Some 50 kg of methamphetamine (ICE) worth 1 billion kyats (769,230 U.S. dollars) were seized from four cars along with five suspects.
